Front of House Team Member
The Norfolk Mead Hotel, a 4 Star Silver Country House Hotel, is currently seeking a waiter/waitress to serve in our 2 Rosette Restaurant. Join our existing fun and dynamic team within an award-winning Hotel. Duties will include serving our Breakfast, Light Lunches, Afternoon teas and our A La Carte Dinner Menu. Ideal applicant will have previous server experience and have a happy pro-active attitude in regard to, clearing, and assisting in the smooth running of day. Attention to detail is imperative along with 5-star customer service. The job will also entail managing restaurant and hotel reservations either over the phone or by email.
Skills in up selling and ability to quickly build rapport with guests would be advantageous. Due to the nature of the work, we can only welcome over 18’s to apply. Own transport is essential due to hotel location. Previous experience essential.

Shifts are based on 9 hours per day, with a 5 day working week. Shifts are inclusive of evenings, weekends and mornings.
