Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus, explain food and beverage items, and provide recommendations when required.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and according to hotel standards.
• Set up and clear tables, ensuring proper table presentation at all times.
• Check regularly with guests to ensure satisfaction and respond promptly to their requests.
• Handle guest complaints and concerns professionally and report issues to the supervisor when necessary.
• Process guest bills and payments accurately according to hotel procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tables, service areas, restaurant equipment, and workstations.
• Replenish service items such as cutlery, glassware, napkins, and condiments.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
