Full job description

• Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, professional service.
• Present menus, explain food and beverage options, and make recommendations when required.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently and according to hotel standards.
• Set up and clear tables, including arranging cutlery, glassware, napkins, and tableware.
• Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and respond promptly to their requests.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and report issues to the supervisor when necessary.
• Process bills and payments accurately, where required.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in dining and service areas.
• Assist with restaurant opening and closing duties.
• Follow hotel food safety, health, and safety procedures.
• Assist with banquets, conferences, weddings, and other hotel events when required.
