Responsibilities Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage options, including specials and promotions Take accurate food and drink orders and deliver them to the kitchen and bar staff Ensure the prompt and efficient service of food and beverages Assist with the setup and clean up of tables and dining areas Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and tact Maintain a clean and organized work environment Prior experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a restaurant or hotel setting is preferred Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks Positive attitude and professional appearance Knowledge of food and beverage menu items and preparation methods Basic math and cash handling skills Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment.
