Responsibilities
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the Greek menu, ingredients, and preparation methods to confidently inform and assist guests.
  • Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders, ensuring prompt service and attention to dietary needs or special requests.
  • Provide personalised, attentive service throughout the dining experience to ensure guest satisfaction and uphold brand standards.
  • Operate POS systems efficiently for order processing and follow billing and cashiering procedures accurately.
  • Set and clear tables to maintain a clean, welcoming dining space, and manage multiple tables while maintaining service quality.
  • Support upselling efforts, collaborate across outlets, and create memorable guest experiences aligned with MOHG Legendary Quality Experiences
