An award-winning Indian restaurant, with 4 branches between Manchester, Leeds and Liverpool. We are looking for an experienced Waiter/waitress Part time to join us here at Indian Tiffin Room, Leeds. The ideal candidates will be enthusiastic, creative, and hard-working with a real flair and passion for serving high-quality food and drinks in a fast-paced and fun environment. Part-time positions available with an immediate start.

• Have experience in a similar role in a bar/restaurant/hotel working as part of a fast-paced team.
• Have exceptional customer service skills with a helpful and friendly can-do attitude.
• Always be attentive and proactive with the ability to respond quickly to the needs of our customers.
• Be an excellent team player with exceptional communication skills.
• Be fun-loving, have a positive personality, and enjoy the culture that this industry offers.
• Have excellent literacy and numeracy skills and be fluent in English.
• Must be available to work evenings & weekends.

• Greet and serve customers with a friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Take and accurately process customer orders, utilizing basic math skills for billing.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and standards while serving food and beverages.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, enhancing overall guest satisfaction.
