Have at least 2 year’s experience in a similar role in a bar/restaurant/hotel working as part of a fast-paced team.
Have exceptional customer service skills with a helpful and friendly can-do attitude.
Always be attentive and proactive with the ability to respond quickly to the needs of our customers.
Be an excellent team player with exceptional communication skills.
Be fun-loving, have a positive personality, and enjoy the culture that this industry offers.
Have excellent literacy and numeracy skills and be fluent in English.
Must be available to work evenings & weekends.
