Roles & Responsibilities

• Guest Service: Greet guests, present menus, make detailed recommendations, and provide excellent hospitality.
• Order Management: Take accurate food and beverage orders and process payments using POS systems.
• Service Delivery: Serve dishes and drinks promptly, ensure correct presentation, and clear tables efficiently.
• Table Maintenance: Set up tables with appropriate tableware, napkins, and condiments before and after service.
• Compliance & Safety: Maintain strict cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards across all service areas.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Waiter or Waitress.
• Skills: Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Attributes: High physical stamina, a positive attitude, and a strong team-player mindset.
