Do you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy creating memorable experiences for guests? We are looking for enthusiastic, outgoing and service-minded Waiters, Waitresses and Bartenders to join our Food & Beverage team at Radisson Hotel Fujairah.

Whether you're passionate about delivering great table service or creating the perfect drink behind the bar, you'll play an important role in bringing our restaurants and bars to life and creating a warm, welcoming experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive and professional service.
• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Have a good knowledge of menus, beverages and promotions and confidently make recommendations.
• Prepare and serve beverages and cocktails in accordance with established standards, where applicable.
• Maintain tables, bars and service areas to a high standard of cleanliness and presentation.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
• Work closely with the kitchen, bar and fellow team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and hotel service standards at all times.

We are hiring experienced Waiters / Waitresses to join a luxury 5-star hotel in Dubai. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals with strong customer service, fine dining, and hotel F&B experience who are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service in a luxury hotel restaurant
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems
• Serve food and drinks following 5-star hotel service standards
• Ensure guest satisfaction and handle requests professionally
• Maintain table setup, cleanliness, and service presentation
• Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams
• Follow hotel SOPs, UAE hygiene regulations, and safety standards

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Waiter / Waitress in a hotel or fine dining restaurant
• Strong hospitality and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and excellent grooming standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Willing to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays

UAE Eligibility & Compliance

• Must be eligible to work in the UAE (employment visa provided or transferable)
