We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a dynamic dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service and have experience in the food industry, particularly in fine dining or nightlife settings. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality service, managing orders efficiently, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant roles is preferred, with fine dining or nightclub experience being a plus.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS, Micros POS, OpenTable, or similar systems is advantageous.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and hospitality.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential.
• Culinary experience or kitchen knowledge is beneficial for understanding menu items and preparation methods.

• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including bussing tables and ensuring a tidy environment.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and foster positive guest relations.
• Assist in training new staff members on restaurant protocols and service standards.
