Job description:
To ensure complete satisfaction of guests by maintaining high standards of service and attending to guests needs while visiting the outlet.
Food and Beverage Waitress/Waiter must always strive to obtain maximum efficiency and promote teamwork.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have at least one year work experience as a Waitress/Waiter
• Hands-on experience with cash register and ordering information system
• Attentiveness and patience for customers
• Excellent presentation skills
• Basic math skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
• Active listening and effective communication skills
• Flexibility to work in shifts
• High school diploma; food safety training is a plus
