We are seafood bar and restaurant in Dubai, is looking for experienced, confident, and guest-focused Waiters & Waitresses to join our Front of House team.

We believe there is a difference between service and hospitality.

Service is taking the order correctly, delivering food on time, and maintaining professional standards.

Hospitality is how we make the Guest feel.

We are looking for people who naturally enjoy taking care of Guests, can read a table, anticipate needs, make genuine recommendations, and take ownership of the entire Guest experience.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Waiter / Waitress in a licensed restaurant, bar, beach club, or hotel.
• Experience serving alcoholic beverages is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktails, beer, and responsible alcohol service.
• Experience in busy, high-volume restaurant operations.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Confident, friendly, and professional personality.
• Well-presented with strong grooming standards.
• Experience using restaurant POS systems.
• Good food and beverage knowledge.
• Flexible with shifts, weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
• UAE hospitality experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome Guests warmly and provide attentive, professional service.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Confidently explain the menu and recommend dishes and beverages based on Guest preferences.
• Serve wine, cocktails, spirits, beer, and other alcoholic beverages professionally.
• Monitor tables and anticipate Guest needs without being intrusive.
• Operate the POS system and handle bills accurately.
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen, bar, and other team members.
• Handle Guest feedback and concerns professionally.
• Maintain excellent cleanliness, presentation, and service standards.
• Take ownership of the Guest experience from arrival until departure.
