Key Responsibilities Welcome and greet guests promptly and courteously. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage selections. Take and accurately record food and beverage orders. Serve food and drinks in a timely manner while ensuring a high standard of presentation. Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to any requests or concerns promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure a smooth dining experience for guests. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area. Process payments and handle cash responsibly. Assist in setting up tables for service and clearing them efficiently after guests depart. Qualifications Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a high-volume restaurant is preferred but not mandatory. Strong knowledge of food and beverage service and excellent customer service skills. Skills and Attributes Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests. Positive attitude and a passion for providing top-notch service. Team player with a willingness to assist and support colleagues. Additional Requirements Flexibility to work schedules as required. Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus.
