Responsibilities

  • Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
  • Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
  • Adhere to food safety regulations and ensure proper handling of food items during preparation and service.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and smooth operation of service.
