JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and a passion for delivering outstanding guest services. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all guests have a memorable experience.

SKILLS

• Strong hospitality skills with a focus on guest services and satisfaction.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary practices is advantageous.
• Basic maths skills for handling transactions and processing payments.
• Familiarity with food safety standards to ensure compliance in the kitchen environment.
• Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy shifts.
• A positive attitude with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced restaurant setting.

• Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring timely delivery and presentation.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
• Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety standards and regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and utensils.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently at the end of each meal service.
