JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated staff for our Lounge called SMOUK to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve welcoming, seating and serving [Shisha,food,drinks,desserts], maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to the overall dining experience.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in a lounge or restaurant setting is essential.
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
  • Basic maths skills for handling cash and processing orders efficiently.
  • Excellent time management abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Shisha is advantageous.
  • A passion for the culinary arts and willingness to assist in shisha preparation when needed.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
