Tall Timbers Manjimup Ltd Pty Ltd commenced its operation in October 2012 and we have been running Tall Timbers Manjimup Restaurant for over ten years. Since its inception, Tall Timbers Manjimup is dedicated to showcasing the most amazing food and wines that our region has to offer.

Due to the rapid business growth, Tall Timbers Manjimup is seeking a full-time waiter to join our friendly team, with the opportunity to work across all our kitchen operations which include:

• Restaurant/Tavern 120pax with a mix of bistro and pub style classics, functions & special events
• Sports Bar with simple pub food
• Functions Centre located in our Brewery.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

To be considered for this role, you are required to have:

• 1 year of experience working in a fast-paced environment as a waiter
• Experience must include restaurant dining, pub/tavern service, cafe service, function catering, or bar service environments
• Great communication skills, solution-focused approach
• A passion for hospitality, guest satisfaction and success
• Proven record of being motivated, organised and working within a team environment

JOB TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be working under the direction of our Duty Manager and your role will include (but not limited to) the following tasks:

• Set and arrange tables
• Greet customers and present them with menus and beverage lists
• Take food & beverage orders and
• Serve food and beverage
• RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification is required before starting
• Collect payments for sales
• Set up and pack down the restaurant and bar area following service periods
• Handle customer enquiries and complains in a professional manner and with a high standard of customer service
• Maintain and follow health, safety and security procedures at all times
• Present yourself in a professional manner while retaining a high regard for personal grooming
