As we prepare for an exciting and busy year ahead, we are looking for bright, bubbly, and committed individuals to join our food and beverage team as waiters and waitresses on a part-time or full-time basis.
The roles are flexible working within our breakfast, afternoon tea or dinner service teams. If you are a confident communicator, are passionate about great service delivery and can work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team, then we want to hear from you.

The primary focus of the role will be to serve breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner to our guests, ensuring they have the best possible dining experience throughout the day by delivering fantastic, personal, and magical service each and every time. You’ll be able to

• demonstrate high levels of attention to detail,
• handle guest enquiries and special requests with professionalism
• demonstrate knowledge of our menus (including ingredients, allergens) to assist guests in making informed choices while dining with us.

ARE YOU RIGHT FOR US?

We’re looking for people who:

• Have some experience of working in a food and beverage outlet (Restaurant, Room Service, Bar, Events) or customer service environment
• Have an outgoing and confident personality
• Are a team player
• Have a flexible and willing attitude
• Are a quick learner – with the ability to learn new skills quickly

Experience of working in a 5* Hotel or a high-end restaurant is a plus, but not essential, as there will be training provided at the start of your role.

  Contracts Offered: Zero Hour or Fixed term, with part-time and full-time hours available
  Hours: Various shift patterns – some can start at 6am – and some end around 11pm – weekend working
  Salary: £13.15 per hour PLUS variable service charge payments
