• Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, escort them to their tables, and provide menus.
• Present menus, explain menu items, take orders accurately, and answer questions regarding menu items and specials.
• Provide recommendations and offer suggestions to guests when requested, considering their preferences and dietary needs.
• Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with food, beverages, and service; address any concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure accuracy and efficiency in order delivery.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables, chairs, and dining utensils.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card transactions according to restaurant procedures.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation in all aspects of service.
