WAITER/WAITRESS
As a Waiter/Waitress, you are the face of The Kontiki and you play a key role in creating an unforgettable experience. You’ll be the friendly face of our service and advising guests, serving delicious food and drinks both on the beach and in our restaurant. In addition to delivering outstanding guest experiences, you’ll handle key administrative tasks such as processing orders, handling payments, and closing bills accurately. It’s the perfect role for someone who enjoys combining great service with organizational skills in a dynamic environment.

As a Host/Hostess, you are responsible for:
· Advising guests, taking and processing orders, serving drinks and dishes, paying with the guests, and closing the bill of guests in the restaurant or on the beach in the right way.
· Greet and welcome the guest and introduce himself to the guest.
· Advises the guest on his/her choice and explain the range.
· Sells the specials and offers/choice menu.
· Provide information to the guests about activities within the organization (events).
· Take care of the provision of drinks and dishes in his/her neighborhood.
· Keeps his/her work environment clean.
· Mastic and mise and place for the assigned work area (district).
· Provides a unique experience for the guest in his/her neighborhood.
· Observe the atmosphere and guard it by giving personal attention to the guest.
· Monitors the quality of the drinks and dishes and corrects if necessary.
· Treats simple complaints and resolves them independently or calls in help from the supervisor in case of more serious complaints.
· Ensures compliance with all existing procedures.
· Help colleagues where necessary in consultation with the supervisor.
· Follow training courses to acquire more knowledge and better skills.
