JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in the food service industry, particularly in fine dining or nightclub settings, is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with guests.
  • Culinary experience is a plus, along with knowledge of food handling practices.
  • Excellent time management skills to efficiently serve multiple tables simultaneously.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
  • Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials.
  • Take accurate food and drink orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems.
  • Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales.
  • Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring accuracy in orders.
  • Monitor guest needs throughout their dining experience, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
  • Handle cash transactions, process payments, and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including bussing tables as needed.
  • Adhere to all food safety regulations and sanitation guidelines.
