JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Waiter/Waitress to join our team at The Warehouse Gym. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our members and guests, ensuring a high-quality experience at our in-house café.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a customer service role (F&B or hospitality preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and a passion for service.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

• Greet and welcome gym members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen/bar.
• Serve orders promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café and dining area.
• Ensure tables are cleaned and properly set for the next customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints politely and efficiently.
• Upsell café items when appropriate to enhance customer experience.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth service flow.
• Follow health and safety guidelines in food handling and service.
• Assist with restocking, inventory, and opening/closing duties as required.
