Our family oriented restaurants are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic waiter/waitress to join our team in VIA EMILIA NOTTING HILL, our third location, opening in the second week of September, . The ideal candidate will have a passion for guest services and a keen interest in the culinary arts. You will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and professionalism.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in a restaurant setting is preferred.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours.
• Basic maths skills for processing orders and handling payments accurately.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable.
• Excellent guest service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• A passion for culinary arts and willingness to learn about menu items and preparation methods.

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, providing menus and information
• Take food and drink orders accurately, ensuring all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen staff.
• Be able to make some basic cocktail and confident in wine pouring
• Deliver food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation.
• Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
• Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy periods.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving for customer satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
