Main duties & responsibilities:

• Anticipate guests’ needs and handle complaints to provide an excellent and personalized in Villa Dining experience.
• Provide food and beverage service, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure orders are correct and presented beautifully
• Personalize the bar offer
• Establish good relationships with guests, handling requests and inquiries promptly
• Ensure that the quality of service meets the high LQA and Belmond standards.
• Coordinate and monitor Commis de Rang assigned to him/her

REQUIREMENTS

• Fluent in English and Italian; a third language preferred
• Previous professional experience in the same role within a luxury environment
• Passion for service and ambition to grow professionally
• HACCP certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and handle guest complaints effectively
• Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness and presentation
