Who We Are
Wabush Hotel is an 84-room hotel located in beautiful Wabush, Labrador, with over 40 incredible colleagues who bring warmth and pride to our kitchen and guest services.
What We’re Looking For: Waiter/waitress/Kitchen staff (Full-Time or part-time)
We’re currently seeking someone motivated and dependable to join us as a WAITER/WAITRESS. This can be a fly-in/fly-out opportunity, perfect for someone who’s ready to dive into something different.

How it Works:

• We fly you in from anywhere in Canada.
• You work hard for 3 weeks (9-10 hour shifts), then you fly home for 3 weeks off — fully paid travel & accommodations while you’re with us! Rotation can be different than that.

1. Waiter/waitress

• Greeting and seating customers
• Taking food and drink orders
• Serving meals, managing payments, and clearing and resetting tables
• Keep the prep area clean, organized, and fully stocked.

1. Kitchen Prep Support (Mise en place)

• Help prep and portion ingredients for daily service.
• Keep things efficient, clean, and ready for the next rush.

1. Dishwashing Backup

• Jump in to wash dishes when needed — we’ve all got each other’s backs.
