YOU WILL:

• Deliver top-notch, old-school hospitality — warm greetings, quick check-backs, genuine conversation
• Anticipate needs for a sports-led, largely American crowd (speed, accuracy, refill awareness)
• Move smoothly between bar and floor; keep sections tight, clean and well-stocked
• Set up/break down efficiently and uphold high standards throughout service
• Upsell confidently; handle cash/PDQ; follow allergen & challenge policies
• Support stock control and basic compliance
  Hours: Saturdays within a 2:00pm–5:00am window (venue typically open ~3:00pm–late). Extra shifts may be available subject to business needs. And yes — you’ll watch live College Football while you work.

• Real enthusiasm and energy — you love a busy service and keep your cool under pressure
• A natural host with a guest-first mindset and pride in classic service standards
• Confident working both bar and floor; strong communication and teamwork
• Good knowledge of spirits & cocktails (or eagerness to learn fast)
• Proactive, reliable and consistent — tidy sections, clean glassware, crisp tickets
• Interest in US sports a plus (happy to teach the basics)
• Right to work in the UK
