Key Responsibilities – Guest Service, Teamwork & Great Atmosphere As a waiter or bartender, you will play an essential role in shaping the guest experience. Your daily responsibilities include: Welcoming guests with a friendly and professional attitude Guiding guests through the menu and recommending food and drinks Preparing and serving beverages at the bar Running food and ensuring a smooth flow of service Maintaining a clean and well‑organized workspace Working closely with the kitchen and bar teams for seamless service Creating an enjoyable and memorable atmosphere for every guest Who You Are – Service‑Minded, Positive & Engaged You are someone who naturally enjoys helping others and thrives in a dynamic work environment. You have: Previous experience in a restaurant, bar, or similar service environment A friendly and professional approach with strong people skills The ability to stay calm and focused during busy periods Good communication skills in English; Scandinavian languages are a plus A willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to a fun team culture Flexibility to work evenings and weekends Most importantly, you bring energy, warmth, and genuine hospitality to every shift.
