Your role as a Waiter will include: Greeting and seating guests, providing menus and information about specials. Taking and delivering food and beverage orders in a timely manner. Enhancing the guest experience by offering personalized service and recommendations. Collaborating closely with kitchen staff to ensure high standards of quality and presentation. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of dining areas during and after service. Addressing guest inquiries, providing solutions, and ensuring satisfaction. Participating in team meetings and training to stay informed about menu changes and service standards. Previous experience as a waiter in a luxury or fine dining environment. Excellent communication and customer service skills. A passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences. Fluency in English, with additional language skills considered a plus. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
