YOUR ROLE

As a Front of House Team Member, you’ll be a key part of delivering the high standards our guests expect. From welcoming guests to serving food and drinks, your role is all about creating a positive and enjoyable experience.

YOUR MAIN DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Greeting and seating guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Serving food and drinks, including alcoholic beverages
• Supporting the smooth running of both the restaurant and public bar areas
• Ensuring cleanliness and presentation standards are maintained
• Creating a welcoming atmosphere and delivering excellent customer service
• Handling customer queries and feedback with confidence and care
• Working closely with your team to support the wider goals of the business
