We are looking for floor staff with experience, training will still be provided but must be able to work on your own initiative. Positive and energetic attitude, a fast learner with an interest in the food industry, willing to adhere to health and safety rules and a well organized person.

Experience:

• hospitality: 1 year (preferred

• Greeting and seating guests, providing the best possible experience for our guests and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Taking guests orders for both takeaway and sit down and phone orders.
• Serve food and drinks (training in making coffees and milkshakes is provided but is preferred to have prior knowledge of coffees)
• Clear tables.
• Cash handling and use of tills.
• Keeping the restaurant clean and tidy.
• Participate in stock takes.
• Opening and closing duties (sweeping, mopping)
• Working on your own initiative as we are a small business.
• A high level of customer care skills.
• Flexibility in working hours (working hours are 11.30am to 10pm)
• The ability to lead/train by example.
• the ability to problem-solve under pressure
