MAIN REQUIREMENTS WAITING PERSON:

• Fluent spoken & Written English
• Permission to reside and work in Ireland
• Full time availability throughout the academic year - any shifts
• Age 18 years plus for bar Positions
• Ability to commute independently

• Report for duty on time and in the correct uniform as outlined in the induction handbook, maintaining a clean and neat appearance at all times.
• Ensure your assigned area is fully prepared for service, including table setups, cleaning, and stock checks.
• Follow all hygiene regulations to ensure safe handling and serving of food and beverages.
• Ensure that meals and beverages are served efficiently, with minimum delay and in a manner that respects the hotel’s standards of quality.
• Assist in restaurant, ballroom, and function room setup, ensuring the area is ready for guests.
