MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• 1+ years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
• Strong section waiting skills, with confidence in managing your own tables
• Knowledge of refined service standards – fine dining experience preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
• A passion for food, wine, and hospitality
• Bar or cocktail knowledge is a plus, but not essential
• Reliable, well-presented, and committed to professionalism
