QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience as a Server or in a similar role within the hospitality industry
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with barista duties is a plus
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required

• Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
• Take and process customer orders accurately
• Serve food and beverages in a timely manner
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and specials
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area
• Assist with catering events as needed
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues
