SKILLS

• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques.
• Excellent guest services skills with a focus on hospitality and creating positive experiences for diners.
• Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately.
• Effective time management abilities to prioritise tasks during busy service periods.
• Experience in food preparation within a restaurant setting is advantageous but not essential.
• Ability to upsell menu items effectively while maintaining genuine interactions with guests.
• A team player who can work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
