REQUIREMENTS

Essential
· 6 months front of house experience
· 1 year customer service experience
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· High standard of personal presentation
· Ability to thrive in a busy, high pressure environment
· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, public holidays
Preferred
· Experience of working in Italian restaurant and/or knowledge of Italian food
· Knowledge of restaurant EPOS software

Responsibilities

· Engage with customers with a friendly and professional manner
· Taking accurate food and drink orders
· Deliver food and drinks to tables effectively, with confidence
· Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the dining area, including setting and clearing tables
· Adhere to food safety regulations to ensure the highest standards of hygiene are met
· Provide product information and recommendations to enhance the customer experience
· Checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction and promptly addressing any concerns or requests
· Communicate clearly and work effectively with all team members to ensure a seamless and high-quality customer experience
