JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a member of our waiting staff, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring that guests have an enjoyable and memorable dining experience. Your duties will include:

• Greeting and seating customers
• Taking orders and serving food and beverages
• Providing menu recommendations and answering customer queries
• Ensuring tables are clean and well-maintained
• Handling payments and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Collaborating with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service (preferred but not essential)
• A friendly and outgoing personality
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification or willingness to obtain one
