• Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, presenting menus and answering questions about the menu items.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly to tables.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and giving change.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including bussing tables and ensuring sanitation standards are met.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
• Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times.
