SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
· Excellent customer service and communication skills

· Previous café, hospitality, or retail experience is a plus
THE ROLE
We are looking for friendly and enthusiastic Waiting Staff to join our Café team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering great service and helping create a welcoming atmosphere.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Greet customers warmly and take food and drink orders
· Operate the till and handle payments accurately
· Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally
· Keep the front-of-house area clean, tidy, and well-stocked
· Assist with clearing tables and resetting for new guests
· Answer customer questions and handle requests or complaints politely
· Support the team during busy periods and help with general duties
