We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and hardworking Waitress to join our school canteen team.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve food and beverages to students and staff during breakfast and lunch in a polite and efficient manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the serving and dining areas.
- · Set up and clear the buffet and dining area before and after service.
- · Operate the POS system to process student and staff transactions
- Ensure food is displayed and served according to company standards.
- Assist the supervisor with restocking food, beverages, and canteen supplies.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures.
- Handle students and staff with patience and professionalism.
- Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, and general canteen duties.
- Report any food, hygiene, or customer-service issues to the supervisor.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a school canteen Waitress, Canteen Assistant, Food Service Assistant, or similar role is preferred.
- Experience in a school canteen, cafeteria, catering, or food service environment is an advantage.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Friendly, patient, and comfortable working around children.
- Good personal hygiene and a neat appearance.
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Knowledge of basic food hygiene and safety standards is preferred.

- Arabic and English speaking is a must
