QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential.
• Experience in serving or bar work, along with culinary or kitchen experience, is advantageous.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent guest service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.

• Upsell food and drink items to enhance the guest experience and maximise sales.
• Assist in food preparation as needed, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
• Handle cash transactions with basic math skills for accurate billing.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and smooth operation during busy periods.
• Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed promptly while maintaining quality service.
