JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff who can also wait on, take orders, amazing with customers, can take lead and simply be amazing. You must have experience to apply and be confident in drink preparation & be realible.

Weekends are a MUST

• Prepare and serve beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with established recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
• Engage with guests, providing excellent customer service and addressing any queries or concerns promptly.
• Upsell food and beverage items, enhancing the guest experience while contributing to sales targets.
• Assist with food preparation as required, adhering to food safety standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food offerings.
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines, including proper handling of food and beverages.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing tabs.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in guest services, with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
• Ability to upsell products effectively to enhance guest satisfaction.

  Pay: £17,370.02-£21,786.45 per year
