REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in a bartending or restaurant role is preferred
• Strong hospitality skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
• Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques is advantageous
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and staff
• A keen interest in mixology and beverage trends is desirable

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to established recipes and standards
• Engage with guests, providing recommendations and upselling menu items to enhance their experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
• Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic math skills for processing payments
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed
• Provide excellent guest services, addressing any concerns or requests promptly
• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines while working in a fast-paced environment
