JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests in a fine dining or nightclub setting.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous bartending experience in a fine dining or nightclub environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar systems is highly desirable.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy setting.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing are required.
• Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation is a plus.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to sanitation and food safety standards.
• Engage with guests, providing excellent customer service and building rapport to enhance their experience.
• Upsell drinks and menu items to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math for processing payments.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service, maintaining effective communication with the culinary team.
• Assist with bussing tables and supporting host/host duties as needed during peak hours.
• Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies, placing orders as necessary to ensure stock availability.
