Job Title: Waitress – Japanese Restaurant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and an appreciation for Japanese cuisine and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming manner.
  • Present menus and provide recommendations on food and beverages, including explanations of Japanese dishes.
  • Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring correct presentation.
  • Maintain knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, allergens, and preparation methods.
  • Refill drinks, clear tables, and ensure dining areas are clean and presentable at all times.
  • Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
  • Adhere to hygiene, health, and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a waitress (restaurant experience preferred).
  • Knowledge of Japanese cuisine or willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Positive attitude, team player, and strong work ethic.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
