Serve beverages promptly, mixing and garnishing drinks according to recipe and portion control standards. Check proper identification before serving alcohol, in compliance with federal, state, and local laws. Manage payments by handling cash and credit card transactions, ensuring accuracy and accountability. Maintain cleanliness by wiping down surfaces, cleaning glasses, and keeping the bar area stocked with ice, mixers, and garnishes. Monitor customer needs and respond promptly to requests. Restock supplies and assist in setting up or breaking down the bar area. Follow health and safety regulations, including monitoring for signs of intoxication.
