As a Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service, taking orders accurately, and assisting with food preparation. You will be the face of our restaurant, creating a welcoming atmosphere and fostering positive guest relations.

SKILLS

  • Strong hospitality skills with a passion for providing excellent guest services.
  • Effective time management abilities to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
  • Experience in food preparation is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
  • Basic maths skills for accurate billing and handling cash transactions.
  • Ability to upsell menu items effectively to enhance the dining experience for guests.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact positively with guests and team members.
