Apt Resources is seeking a professional and motivated Waitress to join a reputable restaurant in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring every guest has a pleasant dining experience. This is a great opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality and providing exceptional service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them effectively to the kitchen and bar staff. Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously. Handle customer inquiries, offer menu recommendations, and address any concerns or complaints. Ensure cleanliness and organization of tables and dining areas. Work collaboratively with the team to maintain smooth restaurant operations. Previous experience as a Waitress in a restaurant or similar environment preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Good presentation and a customer-focused attitude. Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays. Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus. As per the market standards
