We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred, with fine dining experience being a plus.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable systems is advantageous.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy setting.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
• Basic culinary knowledge and food handling experience are beneficial.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the restaurant schedule.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential for building rapport with guests.

• Take food and beverage orders accurately using the Aloha POS or Micros POS systems.
• Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials, and make recommendations to enhance the dining experience through upselling techniques.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages while maintaining high standards of service.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate food preparation and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and assisting with sanitation practices.
• Process payments accurately using cash handling procedures and basic math skills.
• Adhere to all food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure guest health and safety.
