REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong communication and sales skills to promote menu items and special offers
• Basic knowledge or big interest in social media (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Passionate about Japanese cuisine and eager to learn more about it
• Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
• Preference for candidates with UAE residency/visa or Emirati nationals

NICE TO HAVE (BONUS SKILLS):

• Familiarity with basic photography or creating short videos for social platforms
• Speaks multiple languages (especially English and Arabic)

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for an energetic, active, and customer-focused Waitress to join our Japanese restaurant team. This is not just a typical service role — we want someone who is passionate about creating memorable guest experiences and has the confidence to recommend dishes, upsell, and engage customers both in the restaurant and on social media.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide excellent, friendly table service and ensure guest satisfaction
• Recommend menu items, explain dishes confidently, and convince customers to try new specialties
• Handle dine-in, take-away, and delivery orders efficiently
• Assist in creating social media content (photos, videos, stories) to promote the restaurant and attract customers
• Help manage the restaurant’s social media accounts by posting updates, replying to comments/messages, and encouraging customer engagement
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
• Work closely with the kitchen and management to ensure smooth operations
