Full job description

Guest Service: Greet guests warmly, seat them comfortably, and present food and drink menus.

Order Taking & Recommendations: Answer questions about menu items, offer thoughtful food/beverage recommendations, and take accurate orders using our POS system.

Table Service: Serve food and drinks promptly, ensure orders are complete and correct, and check in with guests during their meal.

Maintenance & Cleanliness: Set up, clean, and sanitize dining tables, cutlery, and service stations before, during, and after shifts.

Billing & Payments: Process guest bills and accept cash or card payments accurately.

Teamwork: Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth timing and seamless guest service.

Compliance: Follow all food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety guidelines.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: Proven experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a customer service role preferred (fresh talent with great attitude is welcome!).

Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer Focus: Friendly, polite demeanor with a strong commitment to guest satisfaction.

Multitasking: Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and carry food trays safely.
